They breed DEs? Bowers is the only really big time DE to come out of there.
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or it may last a year. But eventually, it will subside. If i quit, however it will last forever.
yeah. he totally slipped my mind.
2? I would consider breeding DEs to be something like FSU or LSU.
Exacto, FSU has 3 this year.

I'm sure Clemson had more too, I just don't know them off the top of my head
Clemons was a #1 pick and last season the Jags picked a DE from Clemson with a high #2.. Still, FSU is DE central no doubt..
Comment meant for TNoles... Still figuring this thing out. I never post
man i read this board all the time and respect your opinions because you come across as a very intelligent fan but Gaines Adams? Really? I know he went in the 1st round (to my Bucs), but seriously?
Here are the last 10 years of Clemson draft picks and specifically DE's:
2011: Round 2 Daquan Bowers
2010: Round 5 Ricky Sapp
2007: Round 1 Gaines Adams
2003: Round 3 Bryant Mcneal
They also had a de drafted in the 98 and 99 drafts in the 4th and 5th rounds respectively. Before that their last de drafted was in 89!
To defend this school as "breeding" DE's is ridiculous.
FSU in comparison:
2011: Round 7 Markus White
2009: Round 2 Everette Brown
2006: Round 1 Kamerion Wimbley
2005: Round 4 Chauncey Davis; Round 6 Eric Moore
2003: Round 2 Alonzo Jackson
2001: Round 1 Jamal Reynolds
We also had a 2nd and 3rd round DE drafted in 99 and 98. Moreover we had 6 additional DE's drafted from 93-98.
By My count Clemson: 4 in last 10 years. FSU: 7 in last 10. Last 20 years (give or take): Clemson: 7. FSU: 15.
I dunno you tell me. This kid would be crazy...

god i got all excited when i saw Chris Nee said good post. Then I saw Chris Knee...
if he does not go to FSU it will be UGA. If Bowers commits (and maybe yannick) I would not be surprised if we cut him loose. I still think he will be good one.

Their DE that produce is like our Long Snappers that produce, a minimum. Lol
For depth purposes, I would like to see us be able to land 3 DE's in a cycle
One thing Davin does know is our DE History. For a long time he had a background on Twitter that had Wadsworth, Reynolds, ect. Also he tweeted his OV was Great!
You missed 2008 Draft's Philip Merling (2nd round) for Clemson. But no, they're not all that impressive.
