I'm shocked at how bad Oklahoma looks.
Their defense is just not good against a RS freshman QB.
Their offensive line can't pick up a basic blitz and Landry looks about the same as his freshman year.
This team has as much talent as anyone and just doesn't look well coached.
I hope OU wins this game. ND is one of 3 teams I really dislike.
Not watching game, and full disclosure I hate ND. But is it possible ND is legit and making OU look bad? Again havent seen any of the game just a thought.
Any NFL team "I want Manti Te'o on my team"
Just got bailed out by a phantom holding call. But nd does look pretty good. Landry went from a sure lock first rounder a year ago to a mid round selection.
ND ran up the middle and their RB did not get touched for 68 yard. How does that happen to a good defense?
ND playing a RS freshman at QB and Oklahoma not putting any pressure on him.
Oklahoma offense has a 4 year starter at QB and he is making all sort of poor throws.
Their receivers are just dropping the ball in critical points.
Their offensive line is failing to pick up a blitz by Teo. ND didn't even hide it, just sent him and no Oklahoma player picked him up?
They just look poorly coached.
Sheesh, is there a bigger jerk in college football than Bob Stoops? Worst coach to interview at halftime ever. Yes you got hosed by the refs, but no need to attack the sideline reporter. He did the same thing in the Oklahoma / LSU title game years back.
I like Notre Dame a lot more than OU.
Notre Dame's defense is legit.
Yes, but lots of missed opportunities in the first half by Oklahoma. Missed receivers, dropped passes, etc.
And right on schedule a dropped pass.

I have no dog in this fight... but I think that Teo INT should have been overturned.
How do you screw up the replay of that int? It CLEARLY hit the ground. No doubt.
Hope EJ Levenberry doesn't witness a miracle comeback while on his visit to Norman tonight! ha.
Oklahoma got robbed on that INT...he never had possession
ND is good.
I don't know why they ever quit throwing the ball in the first half. Landry had over 100 yards passing with 6 or 7 minutes left in the first quarter!
Agree, ball clearly touched the ground while still moving around in his midsection.
"A Seminole warrior killed in battle is a legend remembered. A Gator lost in battle becomes a pair of boots and a belt. "
That was not a clear non-interception. Most, if not all, analysts agreed with the call. Video evidence did not show it hitting the ground. It was squirming around inches midesectiin, but there was no evidence that it hit grass.
This is B-12 football, no defense worth their salt. The only team with a good defense is Kansas State, and they crushed the high flying offenses of OU and WVU with ease. Give ND all the credit in the world, but this OU team was soft and VERY over rated. They made their big move by destroying Texas, and we know how impressive that is now don't we??
Overrated or not, going in to Norman and doing what ND did is impressive
It clearly hit the grass, then clearly moved. But I suppose it wasn't clear that he didn't have control before he hit the ground.
Again, that's not clear.
It was called an int. I like that it wasn't overturned. If you can't tell within the first 5 seconds of the replay the call was obviously wrong, don't overturn it. I don't like officials using replay to make calls. Correct the blatant errors and let the rest of the plays stand.
His right hand is on the side of the ball and left hand right near his left thigh. In the video, the ball is moving the entire time, he doesn't have it pressed against his body, you can't argue he had his left hand underneath, that ball is on the grass, and he didn't have control until he rolled over.
Agree dude. Only had one hand on side of ball. I couldn't believe they called that an int. after watching the replay.
Your missing the point. The fact that it can be argued at all means it was not indisputable evidence and shouldn't be overturned.
