Haha. Damn. What would happen if you stuck your finger up Clint Trickett's anus?
Answer: he'd die

Lebron and Dwayne Wade at the Canes basketball game
I asked this question before and everyone missed it (or didn't care to answer).
Why are you so high on Golden despite his mediocre success? That's not a flame, it's a real question.
Im not a Cane fan but its clear to me that the man can coach and recruit
Him landing McCord and Howard last year was nothing short of amazing
If you take away the threat of major sanctions then he would build a serious Cane squad in no time at all, and even a total dickbrain could win at Miami with the kind of talent you can stock pile down there... see Larry Coker
Golden is no joke, he just has an incredible mountain to climb... one that might be too tall for anybody
His mediocre success is more due to the fact Miami was a dumpster before he even showed up, then the NCAA hit... the man can coach, don't sleep
He is well respected in this business for good reason, personally I would take him over Jimbo all day everyday
And wouldn't think twice, you can tell in his press conferences that he is smarter than Jimbo... and if you can't, well that is your problem
Give him FSU's team this season and he doesn't lose to NC State, maybe not Florida either... hell he beat NC State with Miami lol
Replace ND and K State with Savannah State and Florida, and Miami likely goes 8-4... not bad with a defense ranked in the hundreds, Randy Shannon's recruits as upperclassmen and true freshman everywherez

ACC rookie of the year!!!!
If I'm Al and Wisky wants me it's an EASY choice.
"I never knew I had a foot until I noticed it was on your neck"
It shouldn't be
Miami is in the ACC and is much easier to recruit at and win at, its not even close really
Hell Miami signs better classes than Wisconsin even with the NCAA breathing down its neck
At Miami right now you only have to worry about FSU at the moment and that is far from a giant fear for anybody, especially a team like Miami that is capable of competing athlete to athlete most years
Urban Meyer is fixing to own the Big 10 for the foreseeable future and Im not sure why a Penn St man would want to coach somebody else in that conference
Also being rich in south beach is far more attractive than being richer in Wisconsin lol, this much is a no brainer
A realist/smart post. Don't bother explaining to napoleon. He's a bias cane hater and shows to not be mature enough to understand. Not worth the time.
Good thought process and opinion LSU-NoVa . Money is not always the answer. I know his family really likes it in Miami.

This is also very truthful. When developing a team consisting mainly of Freshmen and Sophomores, it is very hard to go 9-3 or better. He is an extraordinary motivator and has a tremendous amount of passion for his players. You have to lay a solid foundation before you can start building up. He has done so. Now it is time to start developing them even more and righting the ship. Regardless of what the NCAA does he will still be able to bring in great recruits and make Miami a better team.
I think Jimbo is clearly far better at picking Assistant Coaches. Mark D for UM is pathetic and honestly I'm not sure which if any of their ACs I would take over ours. There is a reason that 3 of our coaches have gotten promotions this year and none of theirs have. I also believe Muschamp is good at picking ACs and I believe this will result in them losing at least 3 coaches next year. Pease as a HC, OL coach as Pease's OC (This is what I would do if I was him, assuming he still plans on calling plays), and Durkin as Pease's DC.
Keohe > Trickett
Barrow > Hudson
No agruement there....
I'd agree with Kehoe 10 years ago. I strongly disagree with him now.
If Jedd Fisch develops some consistency with his play calling, he will be really good as well. He is young and inexperienced though. I really like him as a QB coach though. He turned Jacory into a serviceable QB when I thought that was impossible. And he has done well with Morris. I'm excited to see what he can do with Kevin Olsen.
