I think he is just saying the best staff, as far as florida guys.. they may not be a better staff then UF or FSU overall but they may have the best florida region staff which isn't saying much because UF and FSU will get their fair share in the state of Florida and more likely a better portion than UM based on where all the state of each programs current success.
I am almost certain I personally know who Noles2005 is. If I am right, then he is indeed a troll, and a Miami guy.
Pay him no mind.
Could Coley get a job as an NFL oc? because that is the person he is replacing. Golden is clearly trying to lock down s fl talent. however, the oc and dc have to be actually be good coaches. We have no idea how coley is as an oc.
If Jimbo was not a control freak then we would know coley will suck because he kpet calling the plays. however, Jimbo calling plays tells us nothing about Coley.
No way I'm a Nole fan because I question decisions of the head coach. Interesting. I see ranting and raving about Fisher non-stop on this site, so I'm not the only one. Everyone needs to relax. Not looking for a fight. Just don't want FSU to become Alabama east, which is what it feels like. There is so much talent in Florida and we aren't getting much of it feels like. Ok my venting is over.
I live in California so not sure that I know you. I agree, Coley might not be any good,
But our current play caller has been underwhelming at best.
We've destroyed Miami in recruiting under Jimbo. Your rant is over because it was ill-conceived to begin with.

Miami has now what? 4 or 5 TE coaches on the offensive side of the ball? All this hype for Cooley, why? Great recruiter? You bet, but he hasn't proven anything as an OC, nothing.
too early to tell.
obviously the defensive staff leaves a lot to be desired if year 2 stats mean anything. that defense was bad. granted it was very young. we'll see how they bounce back with almost the whole unit coming back.
i liked miami's offense this past season. they really produced if you take away the kstate, fsu, nd games (though to be fair, no one really did well against those teams). but the conductor of that unit is gone. is Coley as good? an upgrade? we'll see.
"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience."
This is a guy who should be nominated for the Lifetime Non-Acheivement Award.
Golden's teams have been horrible. He lost the only quality coach on his staff to Jacksonville. Coley is a glorified recruiter.

Our staff in terms of recruiting appears to be the best in the state but lets hold off to see how well these guys can develop talent & win, now that we probably won't get any sanctions from the NCAA.
Your staff will be the best in state when they prove to be the best in the state. Until then, they should be considered 3rd rate behind FSU and UF. Recruiting comes down to the name on your shirt and that "Miami" name is not strong right now. Lack of success, poor facilities and poor fan base make it hard for Miami to establish a presence in this state and in the nation right now. That doesn't factor in the threat of sanctions either.
FSU brought in the 2011 and 2010 National Recruiters of the year, as well as Billy Napier, who was a top-25 recruiter every year he was at Clemson. Not to mentioned Dawsey, Haggins and Fisher, who are great recruiters as well.
You may have the best South Florida recruiting staff right now. But outside of that, you're just blowing smoke.
to the OP
Im out of up votes so + 1000 to you for not being a homer and for recognizing the accomplishments of The Tie
Dudes a boss for sure. One of these years he is gonna lead that team to 8 wins.
What has he accomplished at Miami exactly
13-11 record at Miami, and a losing record at Temple against teams who were .500 or better.
Well he wasn't handed a fully stock team like Jimbo. So there had to be some rebuilding. We've finished with a top ten class two years in a row with this NCAAzzholes crap. Assembling one of the greatest staffs since jimmy and butch. Our quaterback holds the Acc record for passing yardage in a game. Restored pride in a once crumbling program. One of the most sought out coaches in America. Actually won the costal with a young team. I can go on if you want
Wait so Jimbo was handed a fully loaded team. Oh no he wasn't... the depth was terrible at FSU and very depleted. I guess no schools called to get Jimbo either this year or last. And Jimbo hasn't won the ACC yet or all of his bowl games. Hell he hasn't even beaten his rivals... crap I am wrong he has. Shall I go on....
Look Al made a great hire but he hasn't proven anything yet as you are trying to say he has. Is UM on the rise, maybe but let's wait and see what next year brings.
Other than Coley and Christobum, who exactly is great on your staff? Not a flame just curious.
FSU hadnt had a double digit win season in the 7 years prior to Fisher taking over so youre wrong on that. Talent level was comparable
Golden had nothing to do with Morris. The guy that did is now in Jacksonville
Pride? Your game attendance has become a national joke
"Won" the coastal due to a technicality (UNC)
Please go on.......
NCAAzzholes crap? I'm sorry, I forgot its the NCAA's fault da U was involved in improper benefits.
