Which 2013 recruits will hit the field early in the Atlantic Coast Conference?
Well, it might not be who you think.
In fact, the highest-rated prospects aren't always the ones that make the biggest impact early.
That's because early playing time arguably is based more on need than it is on someone's ability.
Looking at the ACC, here's the 247Sports list of the 2013 signees we believe could have the greatest impact for their team next season.

Agree or disagree with Walker? Who else would you consider for that title.
Anybody else entering ACC play that you are looking forward to watching/intrigued by?

Good pick on Walker, especially with him being an EE. I could also see Ryan Green making a big impact with what he brings to the running game and with our lack of numbers there.
I agree cause of the need of DE rotation plus he is a Pruitt guy...
Can definitely see the rationale with Walker, huge position of need and an EE. I think i'd have to put my money on Thomas
Stacey Coley for Miami
Jalen Ramsey for FSU
Alexander for Clempsun
I could certainly see Ramsey making an impact, but i'm not sure he sees the field right away...some serious talent ahead of him on the depth chart....
Anyone on defense has a shot. Ryan Green is probably the only offensive player that will contribute.
"Some people think football is a matter of life and death, I assure you, it is much more serious than that."
Agree. Matthew Thomas is also up there. I'm not sure about Ramsey though, especially now that Joyner has moved back to CB. That's Joyner, Waisome, Darby, and a healthy Hunter in front of him. Ryan Green could also, but he's already guaranteed to be behind Freeman and Wilder and possibly Pender.
Definitely Walker. As for Thomas i expect Stevenson to have more of an impact.
Ryan Switzer for UNC
Jalen Ramsey maybe but i question is he more of a boundary corner or field ? He might not get much PT unless Waisome, Darby, Hunter or some other DB's goes down we are very loaded with talent in the secondary.
Walker has a great chance to make an impact as well as Stevenson.
Ryan Green can make an impact if he learns to offense and is consistent.
Kendall Fuller and Taquan Mizell
