My goodness, I didn't realize Goldman and Shanks were our biggest DTackles already. Jimbo wasn't playing around when he said we need grown men on the line.

Definitely had a good spring game, and no question he'll be in the rotation. Remember, just about everybody plays in Haggins' scheme. I do think that Eddie Goldman will immediately impress though.

very excited about our DT's and our D-line as a whole, don't think anybody is going to have much success running the ball on us this year

Bushido, he did come in heavy, but I'll think he'll be at a good weight come September. I think he's a kid that just has that raw talent that stands out. Definitely thinks most 5* recruits need an attitude check when they come in, but we'll during camp.

The one thing we know for sure is that just about everyone in the mix will see the field. Odell is constantly putting fresh legs in the game, and the guys who standout will get the bulk of time.

I'm proud of Demonte for sticking with Florida State when he could have transferred a while ago and more than likely started at another program. Glad he got over his belly aching episode a few years ago about his intent on wanting to play DE too. He's matured a lot since being here, hopefully he breaks out this season on the 2nd team.

The size of these guys is incredible. Hard to believe we had guys starting at DT weighing 260-270 4 or so years ago. Goldman the 3 rd best HS DT??? Name 2 better last season. I heard him called the best DT to come out of HS in last 5-10 years...just saying. Freakin Mitchell at 320! WoW.
