Remember when Jimbo took over and him and Coley went ballistic on the recruiting trail. Well looks like Jimbo, Coley, Craig will have to punish there ears back and camp out at several recruits front yards. Specifically, Alex Collins, can't let him go to UF.

I'll only panic if the coaches coming in have bad reputations. Otherwise - this is what Jimbo has said since his first press conference - these dudes are getting 1-200% raises and promotions.

Reasons I'd be unhappy:
- coaches leaving for equal or lesser pay
- coaches leaving for lateral moves
- new hires having reputations as being bad coaches (ie Aubrey Hill)

Stoops didn't go for a 60% raise last year for lateral move.

I believe we still land all kids he was recruiting if they were leaning towards us like Collins imo will still be Noles. It's not as much about the coaches compared to what they are selling. ie FSU

Good point. Players pledge as much to a school and program as they do a coach. However, there is a major problem inside our program right now. One does not get too far berating folks.

Played college ball and this happens all the time. Actually, it is expected. We used to always wonder after the season who would stay and who would go. Especially when we won our conference two years straight and made playoff appearances. Went to Eastern Illinois University, btw.
