I think he will have an impact, but not like that......maybe something more in line with a say...DeAndre Brown from Southern Miss ? A big tall uncoverable force that just does magical things when the ball is thrown to him.

No offense, but the 2 are not even comparable. If Benjamin puts 25% of the numbers that Watkins did as a true FR we should all jump for joy.

That's not entirely fair for several reasons.

For those asking, I meant in terms of a guy on the field that creates mistmatches that screws up how other defenses try to handle our passing game. Not necessarily stats or even running style.

Now back to the quoted post, people were saying Sammy Watkins was crazy good before Sammy Watkins was crazy good at the D1 level. I guess you can say they aren't comparable in terms of their resume thus far but then you could make the same statement about any guy out of HS with no D1 experience yet.

Benjamin did arrive out of shape but was that a product of finding out he wouldn't see the field all year because of the clearinghouse taking their sweet time? or just laziness? I guess we will find out this year if he's got what it takes. And note the use of the words "could be" as opposed to "will be"...with all due respect, plz don't confuse me with Chopcity or someone like him....saying things like Gehres or Cam Wade is gonna be a beast and trying to call shots like Babe Ruth for board cred.

You walked right into that one. KB would be one of Florida's 2-3 most encouraging offensive weapons right now.

More comparible to Alshon Jeffries IMO, buy the time he leaves here. This year I expect anywhere from 15 to 25 catches and a couple hundred yards or less with about 4 TD's
