Being a top ACC team means absolutely nothing. You had to play GT in the ACC championship, and you only beat them by 6 points hahahaha. Your conference is a complete joke. And when you add more bball schools its going to get even worse. Thank goodness we are going to a playoff format so that the winner of your lousy conference is no longer GIFTED a game you have no business playing in. Your conference will be as laughable as the big east is now.

I do however need to amend a previous statement of calling the gaytors the most overrated team in the country. They were the most overrated team in the country at the end of the season. To start the season, well that honor is bestowed upon FSU! Congrats, you earned it!

what day of the week do dawg fans get to hold the crystal trophy? does saban make you shine his shoes when you come back to return it to him? admit it, we are all trying to unseat the sabanites, and you guys just sound like saban groupies when you chant about the sec strength....
and tenn sucks....good luck competing with saban without a top 10 recruiting class since 2010.
being in the sec is only good if you are part of what makes the conference strong. teams like tenn, ole miss, kentucky, miss st, vanderbilt, and missouri actually hurt the strength of the conference
SEC is hands down the best conference in college football from top to bottom.
Congrats to you other conferences who are able to beat an SEC team every now and then. You guys can keep pounding your chest about beating the one SEC team you play all year, try having to play 8 of them in one season. You can try and say the SEC is down all you want, but your lousy teams wouldn't stand a chance up against a full SEC schedule. Noles and canes would be lucky to come out above .500.
Funny thing about Mizz is everyone outside of the SEC thought they were gunna compete because they were so good in the big 12 hahahahahaha. Guess what? It wouldn't be any different for either one of your teams.

TAMU had been on the rize in the big 12 and had become a much more competitive team over the last couple years. Also didnt hurt them that they had a true freshman QB win the heisman and some of the best OL in NCAA. Also have a brand new HC. So doesnt really matter about years past anyways.
Yea only one great team hahahahaha, that barely beat UGA (1 Play) and lost to TAMU. So that would give us a minimum of 3 great teams hmmmm.........

You ppl like to think bc u can beat one SEC team every other year that you can compete or that the SEC is down. Sorry but anyone can prepare for one game (See Utah vs bama in sugar bowl, Boise State in many bowl games and season openers, Louisville vs Florida this year). When you have to play 8 SEC teams every year rain or shine, its a much different story.
ACC- joke Big 10- laughable Pac 12- Dont even get me started besides Oregon Big East- A tad worse than ACC Big 12- decent but still not great. Probably second best.
