How about the starting pitching? Once Leibrandt settles in, this could be a formidable 4-man rotation, assuming Miller and Weaver keep things going.
Sitz: 0.00 ERA, 12.0 innings, 0 ERs, 8 hits, 10 SOs, 3 BBs
Weaver: 1.29 ERA, 7.0 innings, 1 ER, 2 hits, 11 SOs, 1 BBs
Miller: 2.16 ERA, 8.1 innings, 2 ERs, 5 hits, 7 SOs, 5 BBs (4 came in his first start)
Leibrandt: 5.73 ERA, 11.0 innings, 7 ERs, 10 hits, 11 SOs, 3 BBs (I think he's pitched better than his numbers show, but not up to his ability either)
Still not sure what to make of our pen or the closer situation. There's a little inconsistency among the group, but also very little work. Johnson has pitched well, Holtmann has potential, Smith has shown great ability, but besides that, we've a lot of new comers throughout the group. Bird looks like a lefty situational guy.
