I completely understand your skepticism towards Coach P being a DC.. He's a very good DB coach and has been working directly beside arguably the greatest coach in the game right now.. He's just got that "football mind" and he knows his stuff.. And as I said earlier, Coach P was the top choice to replace Kirby Smart should he leave for a HC job somewhere.. Coach Saban has a lot of faith in the ability of Coach P and I can assure you he passed that along to Jimbo.. Coach Saban is a strait shooter and if he didn't think that Jeremy would be a good DC, he would have said so.. Good luck to y'all..
