they have to an extent..... you can't blame that on kids you missed out on.... not on Diggs, Goldman, Brown or Brown...... you signed like 30 something..... that is damn good..... also look at USC, it hasn't hurt them.... difference is though USC doesn't comepte with the SEC and ACC all the time, so it will be different for UM.....

Bla bla bla Miami will get hammered.... That's all i hear on this site. Boy this site will be pissed if Miami doesn't get hammered. I feel you guys talk about Miami more than anything else on this site, it's like the ugly girls that always talks about the pretty girls. What are u guys going to do if Miami doesn't get hammered, how would u guys react. Now, I'm not saying the won't but at the same time who knows.

But again, that makes no sense.
I was saying USC was able to recruit because they have been running a very successful program and winning games, while Miami has not. So the probation will hurt their recruiting more than USC's and USC's situation is not a good model to compare to Miami.
Why would we limit the scope of their success to only 2010 and 2011? Clearly the years of success before that is helping USC.

its hard just who they have to compete with for recruits, then add sanctions....
that is the only reason I said USC was able to sustain that success despite one bad season.... if they actually had to compete with FSU, UF, Bama, UGA, Auburn, LSU and others well the sanctions would hurt them more but since it is basically Oregon as the biggest competitor well it is easier for them.... winning has helped though for sure

Not solid, but to be honest, any prospect that is still going to take visits to other schools is not solid. I wouldn't be surprised if both Bain and Senat decommitted from FSU and then ended up signing here anyway. That is how long this process is, and these kids get pressured to commit so early it is no wonder they change their minds. Not to mention with 8 different recruiting sites and people takling about them non-stop, they basically feel like super stars that can do whatever they want at the age of 16.
