I realize you can only take him at his word, but what is your gut feeling in regards to the brothers ending up at different schools? Is it really not a big deal to them, or do you think in the end it will factor in a fair amount?

I agree 100% with this post..I think we now have to accept Mackenro's commitment and hope that sways Mackensie. He can say that mackenro's school doesn't matter all he wants, but it'll still be a plus...and potentially a big one. It'd look horrible, but we could flat out stop recruiting Mackenro and convince him to look elsewhere if Mackensie doesn't commit to us...

Or...we could tell Mackenro to delay his decision and commit with his brother since it could be happening very soon...if we get the feeling Mackensie isn't coming here, drop Mackenro...

makanero will not be part of the class come Feb if Mckensie is not here. I don't care what the ommit status ends up being in a few days. I am sure he knows that fact.

I also suspect this is why we are getting the slow play regarding Makanero's commit.

I know, Jimbo has some other issues to deal with as well. If thomas or tunsil wanted to commit they would not be sitting in no man's land two after the announcement.

I think you guys will get Mackenzie personally, he was my #1 or #2 CB in this class with VH3 being the other. He is a ridiculous playmaker at the CB spot.
