A dream staff?

First of all I realize that the odds of this staff being put together are probably worse than the odds of me winning the powerball, my only question is would this staff be an upgrade from what we are losing. If you don't think so please feel free to tell me why.
QB/RC - Dameyune Craig
RB - Larry Porter
WR - Lawrence Dawsey
OL - Rick Trickett
TE/OC - James Coley
DE - Travis Jones
DT - Odell Haggins
LB/DC - Bud Foster

QB coach - Jimbo
RB coach - Larry Porter so long as he is done with Lyles or whatever his name is
WR coach/Recruiting - Lawrence Dawsey
OL coach - anybody but Trickett
DE coach - Travis Jones
DT coach - Odell Haggins
LB coach - Derrick Brooks or Sal Sunseri
DB coach/DC - Jeremy Pruitt
OC - I don't know, but somebody that isn't named Jimbo Fisher... its pissing into the wind though

While im a fan of Trickett, i'd replace him for Ed Warinner out at Ohio State. Guy is an outstanding OL coach. Not plausible, for this is for a dream coaching staff.

Doubt Jones or Pruitt come unless they are the DC.

Hargreaves at DEs
Sunseri at LBs

No offense, but I'm definitely not dreaming about Coley as OC or Trickett on the OL.

Really want to go after Hargreaves Sr, i know he was most recently a DE coach at USF but I would let him coach LBs, look what he did at Miami from 98-05 dude had some unreal talent playin for him during those years and put some players in the league. Let Pruitt coach DBs Odell DL and go get another up and coming DE coach.
**Really jumping in the Porter bandwagon as well, would be a bigtime hire and wouldnt miss a beat as too RB recruiting and development.
