As Gerry mentioned, Gillins will have to clean up his throwing motion some, but the kid offers a lot of athleticism and ability at the spot that makes him very appealing. I think the primary reason Florida State hasn't offered is that he could very likely commit on the spot to an offer and it is a bit early to take a quarterback in the 2014 class.

JMO, but if the staff doesn't feel comfortable offering him yet, then I don't agree with his 5-star ranking. A 5-star QB wants to commit to you and tell him "not yet." To me he is missing something. Maybe it is level of competition, size, or like you just said, throwing motion, but there has to be some sort of red flag, IMO.
