Pierre Jordan, a junior reserve guard with the Florida State men's basketball team, will leave the program and transfer to Georgia Tech, sources close to the team confirmed to The Osceola and Noles247.
Jordan, a native of Atlanta suburb Dunwoody, will graduate from Florida State on Saturday and will be eligible to play with the Yellow Jackets this season.
Part of a 2008 recruiting class that included his former high school teammate Chris Singleton, Jordan, who played in six games as a freshman but eventually redshirted, averaged 5.2 minutes per game during his time at FSU, and was named the team's Mr. Hustle and its most improved student-athlete.
He'll have two years of eligibility to compete with Georgia Tech.
